My course is general and do not focus on transit environments but I would be happy to exchange ideas. Attached you find the draft of the book and the conceptual model that I use for my own classes – I called it “the Onion”.

I do work with fieldwork protocols<doi.org/10.1080/09589236.2019.1601367> with my students, going to the station and discussing the design and neighbourhood contexts.

Dear all,
I am designing a new course in our program titled “Crime in Transportation Systems”. This is an upper division undergraduate course (for last year undergraduate students), which will also be available as an elective to our masters students.
For those of you teaching similar courses, would you mind sharing your syllabi or any relevant resources/assignments that are working well for you? There are definitely a lot of great research resources in this list already, but I’m specifically looking for teaching materials.
