[gmx-developers] memory leak debugging ?

I have only used the extremely powerful insure software, which is 
unfortunately
only available for IRIX. insure checks any type of memory access.
If there is something similar under Linux I would like to know.
grompp, mdrun and some other Gromacs programs have been checked with insure 
for
the last few major releases.
