Hi,
I've had a couple of times now that for some reason the last (complete) frame
in the .trr file is corrupted after a crash. But not so corrupted that
tpbconv would notice it, so it happily writes out an unusable .tpr file, which
produces a strange error in mdrun (typically a SEGV). Would it be possible
to do a more thorough check in tpbconv? Or perhaps it would be safer to use the
last-but-one frame instead of the last one by default?
cheers,
Bert
