[gmx-developers] Error in handling mulptiple terminii in pdb2gmx

Indeed it is not possible to select multiple different termini
when using pdb2gmx -merge. I'll fix this.
But if you don't need to merge you can select multiple different
termini.

David, it is possible to create disulphides between multiple chains.
It is even automatic when using pdb2gmx -merge
