Hi Valentin,

Gerrit Groenhof has a couple of slides from a presentation at 
http://md.chem.rug.nl/~groenhof/content.html . We are planning a real 
developer's manual too, but it's not there yet, unfortunately.

In the meantime, just go ahead and post the questions here; that will 
actually help us design the developer's manual too, by showing us which
parts are unclear.
