[gmx-developers] multiple backups

Yes, that's a good idea. I thought of that myself earlier this week when
our queuing system died and restarted jobs by itself. I killed them to
fix the queing system, and then ofcourse some people used the normal
files rather than the much larger #files# to restart jobs manually,
loosing data. If ##files### would be large something went wrong and it's
good it gets backupped, and it's easy to delete them if they turn out to
be unnecessary.
