Hi - 

Thanks for your help on this, Erik. 

Could one of you remove the " modified g_chi " (feb 05) from the
contributions page, and I'll resubmit a new tar file that doesn't 
prevent other tools from compiling, and then mail the users list. 

I put the pp2shift.h file back in src/tools, so if you want to put
the new code in CVS you'll need to remove include/pp2shift.h.
