[gmx-developers] compiling from cvs

Hi Anton,

CVS still has problems due to all the removal of static code; things 
are getting there, but right now I'm fighting with the inner loops. 
Unless you feel like doing some fixing/debugging I wouldn't use CVS the 
next couple of weeks..
