Hi,

I just discoverd a bug in write_xpm3 which has been present in al Gromacs
3.1 versions
and fixed it in the cvs version.
write_xpm3 shifted down all positive matrix elements by the minimum value in
the matrix.
So all negative values were correct, but the full color red would never
appear and all zero
values would appear as full blue. This is especially visible in the g_covar
xpm output.

Affected programs are g_chi, g_clustsize, g_covar, g_enemat and xpm2ps
and only when the minimum matrix value is negative and the maximum is
positive.

Berk.
