Is there any reason for it to go to stderr? I know this is really an insignificant detail, but if you want i have a patch for it (simply changing gmxlib/statutil.c).

This patch changes all CopyRight(stderr,...) calls to CopyRight(stdout,...) and changes a line in statutil.c so that all the -h output goes to stdout.
