[gmx-developers] any unsolved bugs left?

Hi David,

It would be great to do a maintenance release - we could merge all the  
new assembly stuff I have, but perhaps it is better to save that for a  
4.0? I've got quite a lot of stuff, but I have only tested it on my own  
branch....

By the way - if we move the CVS, let's set up proper personal branches  
so we have stuff like this on the server; I didn't really intend to  
keep it to myself, it was just a simple way to avoid polluting the main  
trunk...
