[gmx-developers] pb to compile CVS version...

Hello,

We tried to compile the lastest CVS code.

the steps we followed are :
1) dowload as indicated on the site                       - no problem
2) run bootstrap                                                     - 
no problem
3) configure --without-fftw --prefix=/whatever     - no problem
4) make                                                                  
- problem:

Making all in include

make[2]: *** No rule to make target `sheader.h', needed by `all-am'.  Stop.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/tmp/gmx/include'

make[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/gmx/include'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1


we must be doing something stupid ... but where ???
Any suggestion ?
