[gmx-developers] CVS Version - segmentation faults in double precision

Hi,

I wonder whether we have found a bug in the current CVS version.
A simple minimization in vacuum segfaults when using the double
precision compiled version. In single precision - with the same
input files - everything is fine.

The files are accessible here:
http://www.shaman.ibpc.fr/gmxcvsbug.tar

just do "sh s.sh" to let it run and see it segfault with double
prec. No problem in single prec.

Thanks for any help, fixes or suggestions,
  Marc

NB: Gromacs was configured with
./configure --prefix=/ibpc/matrix/opt/gmx/gmx-dev/ --enable-all-static --without-x --disable-float
