[gmx-developers] CVS Version - segmentation faults in double precision

Hi,

I have been debugging intensly.
But things are a bit messy.
Compiling certain single files with -g makes mdrun crash,
but it is not clear if this is a code or a compiler problem.

Now it seems that I don't get crashes anymore, without
changing any code though.

Marc, could you try to check out a fresh tree, with me this works.
