[gmx-developers] Stochastic dynamics

Hi,

I'm digging through the SD code in GROMACS, namely the do_update_sd() 
function in update.c. While that code looks very cryptic I wanted to 
check with you guys out there if you could point me to some key 
references, the code is based on or motivated by.
