[gmx-developers] mdrun runtime error with x86_64_sse assembly loop

Hi Friends

 

I'm getting run time Unhandled exception error for mdrun with Gromacs 3.3.1,

which is build with VS 2005 enabling x86_64_sse assembly loop code on an
opetron m/c using yasm-win64 assembler.

Note that, the non assembly code (c-code) is working fine for x64.

 

Any pointer to this problem ? I'm found a similar kind of search result for
Linux at

Correct me if I'm wrong anywhere.
