[gmx-developers] two small patches to the gromacs cvs code

hi,
please find attached two small changes/additions
to the current gromacs cvs code.
gmx-cvs-cxx-fix.diff: changes c++ style comments to c-style
comment to compile with less forgiving compilers than gcc.
gmx-cvs-xt3-bgl-userexit.diff: add a user-exit feature akin
to kill -USR1 particularly for lightweight kernel platforms
like xt3 or bg/l that do not have signal handling.
