Note that the Manual:script_name pages are generated from the GROMACS
manual pages themselves. So if you make any changes, they should be
made there, to the code itself, not to those pages. Otherwise going to
get things tied up in knots, with different, inconsistent versions
everywhere.
The Manual namespace, which means pages with the name
"Manual:script_name_version", holds the manual pages you get when you do
script_name -h
The Main namespace, which means pages with the name "script_name", can
hold any notes about it, plus a link to the current version of the
manual page. Have a look at mdrun for an example.
