Configure is silent on the matter even though it has some script
checking for gsl and gslcblas. How about what include files? If you
mean the gsl header, it seems to find that one (used by kinetics) okay.
If I hack src/tools/Makefile to add -lgsl and -lgslcblas, things
improve, i.e. g_kinetics reports only that it cannot find the shared
gsl library.
