[gmx-developers] Comments or descriptions for parameters of a function

Hi.

Are there comments or descriptions for parameters which are used in the 
functions of gmx? I need information about the parameters of do_force. I 
discovered a few of them by deriving the code, but there are parameters, 
which a spread over the whole program, too, and it seems to be impossible to 
find out what they do. Are there any APIs for such functions?
