[gmx-developers] Development Wiki update

Hi,

the wiki page for GROMACS development has been updated, see:
http://wiki.gromacs.org/index.php/Development

I've added target version for each issue and a status field. If you look 
close you'll see that some stuff has already been done since I put the 
first version of the page online, including stuff from the wish list.

Please let us know if and how you can contribute. Don't ask what GROMACS 
can do for you, but ...
