[gmx-developers] fixed unnecessary fatal error in CVS with PME and dlb

Hi,

I fixed a bug in the CVS version which some people might have ran into,
so I also post it on the developers list:

A bug has been fixed in the CVS main tree with PME and domain decomposition
with dynamic load balancing which would cause the fatal error:
"? particles communicated to PME node ? are more than a cell length out 
of the domain decomposition cell of their charge group"
The check before this error was incorrect.
Now it will only appear when it is really true, which should be very rare.
