[gmx-developers] GROMACS 4.0.1 still broken on Bluegene

Hi,

I can see in the released 4.0.1 version that my reports of dysfunctional 
BlueGene kernels three weeks ago here 
http://www.gromacs.org/pipermail/gmx-users/2008-October/037198.html and 
here http://bugzilla.gromacs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=230 haven't had any 
result. I can see in CVS that (at least some of) the files missing from 
the distribution are present, but the file I report that has bogus 
content has that in the CVS version too.

What's happening here? After waiting three more weeks, I'm quite happy 
to make it work myself! :-) However I would need some raw material (e.g. 
the original package from Mathias Puetz) that I have some reason to trust.
