[gmx-developers] trjconv - accounting for chains

Dear All,
I have another suggestion / request:
Currently, "trjconv" does not include chain data to the output PDB.
I think it might be nicer, particularly for visualization, if trjconv would
include also chain data (mainly the "TER" keyword). It could make movies in
VMD or PYMOL nicer.
Just a thought.
