[gmx-developers] unused functions in vec.h

Hi,

vec.h still contains the n-dim (n>3) vector functions

m_rvecsub
m_rvecadd
m_rvecnorm
m_rvecsmul

which were at some point used in edsam.c, but not any more.
If there are no objections, I would remove them from vec.h in
the master git branch. That would also reduce the number of
warnings one gets about defined but not used functions.
