On the old gromacs wiki, there is a very clear introduction now mainly
done by Alexander Herz I believe: http://oldwiki.gromacs.org/index.php/Programmer%27s_Guide
The sheets were based on gmx 3. If you still would like to have them,
I can send them to you.
