Hi,

subject says it all, but it would be good to add this kind of
information to the website. Also, some of the documentation is still
incorrect. the gmx-src.git repository which was renamed to gromacs.git
is mentioned in several instances, and I don't think that the release
(4.0, 3.3) branches/repositories are documented, or are they?

Anyway, it would be good to have some guidelines on how and what to do:

1. in cases where one wants to limit read-access to a few individuals
(works with repositories, can it be done with a branch?)
2. in case where one wants to give anonymous read access, but allow
write access to a selected few

Documenting this well will also prevent having too many different
repositories.
