[gmx-developers] Using xdrfile_close in libxdrfile

Thanks a lot for the prompt reply and fix!
The test runs fine now. I still experience some issues with close_xdr,
but I'll have to make sure that it's not my code who's doing something
nasty. I'll report back to the list if I find anything.
