[gmx-developers] program structure

Dear gmx developers

I am studying about the gmx program and I am kind of confuse about the
structure of this program.
Thus, I want to ask if anyone has an overview the structure of gromacs
program. For example, to call the program 'mdrun', which files in the source
code are used. Please advise.
