[gmx-developers] --enable-apple-64b,it option to configure?

OK, found it. configure is not part of the repo, but has to be  
regenerated using the bootstrap script. After doing that, the option  
disappeared for me as well.
Finding the "culprit" is a nice exercise for git-bisect. The change  
turns out to be committed by Erik:
