There are rss feeds on http://repo.or.cz/w/gromacs.git:

for the master branch:
http://repo.or.cz/w/gromacs.git/rss
for the release-4-5-patches branch
http://repo.or.cz/w/gromacs.git/rss/refs/heads/release-4-5-patches
and even for the manual:
http://repo.or.cz/w/gromacs/manual.git/rss

If you need any other feed (or atom feeds) click on the head on 
http://repo.or.cz/w/gromacs.git and the link to the feed can be found in 
the footer of the next page on the right.

Remember, http://repo.or.cz/w/gromacs.git is synced with git.gromacs.org 
every 2 hours only.
