Yes.

As a side reason for choosing "g_" rather than "gmx_", Jussi's RPMs use "g_" to prefix some of the tools whose executables namesclash with other packages.

Should gmxdump and gmxcheck become g_dump and g_check? mdrun become g_mdrun?
