[gmx-developers] Velocity verlet + trotter decomposition documentation

Hi, all-

I've finished a first pass at the documentation of the velocity Verlet and
Trotter decomposition temperature and pressure control and checked it in --
if your interested, check out the section of the manual corresponding to
algorithms, right after leapfrog and also in the temperature/pressure
coupling section.  Any feedback/ confusions to resolve / typos to fix are
welcome!
