[gmx-developers] bootstrap problems

Hi,

I get errors or warnings after git pulling the master branch. On a linux 
system I get:

[erikm at anfinsen gromacs]$ ./bootstrap
src/ngmx/Makefile.am:41: variable `test_ngmx_dialog_SOURCES' is defined 
but no program or
src/ngmx/Makefile.am:41: library has `test_ngmx_dialog' as canonic name 
(possible typo)

On my mac I get heaps of other errors all of a sudden:
configure.ac:425: warning: AC_CACHE_VAL(ac_o3, ...): suspicious

configure.ac:425: the top level

configure.ac:425: warning: AC_CACHE_VAL(ac_maltivec, ...): suspicious 
cache-id, must contain _cv_ to be cached

cache-id, must contain _cv_ to be cached
configure.ac:425: warning: AC_CACHE_VAL(ac_fno_schedule_insns, ...):

...
the list goes on. It's quite lengthy.

Is there something wrong with the current state of the master branch, or 
is it my systems that are faulty in some way?
