[gmx-developers] DPD staff

Hi,

We hoped to have switched to C++ shortly after the 4.5 release.
But unfortunately (for us) our C++ guru found a job in industry
and all other main developers are very busy on other projects,
so the master branch is currently frozen.
I think we should discuss how to handle the C++ change soon.
