[gmx-developers] couple of cmake questions/problems

Hi

why is -msse2 not added to CFLAGS for gcc but only for intel?

Both FindCUDA and FindMPI are using the unset command. Unset is only
available in cmake 2.8. Do we require 2.8 or 2.6?

Why can't mpi_libraries and mpi_include_path be empty? For Cray it doesn't
make sense to set them. The compiler is always called with the wrapper thus
the mpi libraries are always correctly set. And the FindMPI script doesn't
detect the libraries or includes correctly.
