[gmx-developers] Checkpoint run will start without checkpoint file

Hi,

It's pretty trivial to test whether an option was specified explicitly. But
the reason for the current behaviour is that you can now use the same
command for the first and any following in a series of runs, e.g. on a
cluster. I find this pretty convenient.
