Hi,

I changed the Jenkins Setup. This means that all changes newly uploaded to
Gerrit need to be rebased on the latest branch version to include the
updated scripts. Any changes already verified are not affected.

The advantages of the new setup:
- A smaller and better to read table for the results (still not ideal but
better)
- Intel Compiler, OpenMP and no MPI is tested
- the scripts are in a separate RelEng repository so that changes to the
build system can be made without affecting the main Gromacs repository.

Thus, in the future, it is hopefully not necessary anymore to rebase the
changes just because the Jenkins scripts were updated.

The current configurations being tested can be seen at:
http://jenkins.gromacs.org/job/Gromacs_Gerrit/. We will add future
configurations (MacOS, VS2008, ICC-11) soon.
