Sounds good to me, but we should update the gerrit wiki page to
include this requesting on gmx-dev.
Also we should point out that or non-secret changes github and
repo.or.cz are the better solutions, as well as, the fact that
super-secret changes should be hosted on a private repository like
bitbucket.
