[gmx-developers] Fix for 2 small problems in the cmake for gmx 4.5.5

Hi!

Attached is 2 patches, one that uses a more relevant test for inline asm
(i.e. not using antiquated x87 stuff which some compilers are dropping
support for) and a fix to how the libgmx.so is built. Since it depends
on fortran library routines it needs to be built using Fortran not C.
