Hi,

a few updates on Jenkins:
- I have disabled that Jenkins adds the comment "Build Started" to Gerrit
which was also send out per email. I think it is not really useful and
disabling it reduces the emails send. Please let me know if you prefer if
that message is send and I can revert it.
- I have added static analysis check for both the 4.6 and master branch.

- For cppcheck I fixed the warning for both branches. For clang I have only
fixed the warning for master and some on 4.6. It would be great if someone
could take a look at http://jenkins.gromacs.org/job/clang_4_6/8/javadoc/ and
fix some of those warning. Some of them are just false positives but I
think several of them should be fixed
- I will enable that Jenkins is running the static analysis as soon as the
respective changes are reviewed. If you upload a patch make sure it is
based on the latest version so that you don't get warnings for the issues
already fixed.
- I have added Doxygen for the master branch. The most recent version of
the documentation is here

It is updated after a change is submitted. Also the documentation is build
automatically after a change is uploaded and notifies when the doxygen
documentation in the patch is not OK.
