[gmx-developers] patch for gmx_rmsdist

Dear Slizárd and Justin,

here enclosed is a patch that

- corrects the problem of the averaging by the number of frames;
- corrects the documentation about the use of the -avec flag
- corrects the bug in the analyze_noe_equivalent function
- adds the linear averaging to the 1/r^3 and 1/r^6 averaging performed by using -noe flag.

it is tested and works well.
