A quick fix might be changing the lines:
if ( (gs.set[eglsSTOPCOND] < 0 ) || ( (gs.set[eglsSTOPCOND] > 0 )
&& ( bNS || ir->nstlist == 0)) )
{
bLastStep = TRUE;
}
in
if ( (gs.set[eglsSTOPCOND] < 0 ) || ( (gs.set[eglsSTOPCOND] > 0 )
&& ( bNStList || ir->nstlist == 0)) )
{
bLastStep = TRUE;
}
