[gmx-developers] New Gerrit Version

Hi,

we updated Gerrit to the latest version. Improvements:
- online editing of topic and commit message
- rebase if necessary  (no need to rebase anymore - no merge commits in history)
- a lot of other UI improvements, see

Let us know if anything is not working correctly.
