[gmx-developers] FYI manual for GROMACS 5.0

Hi devs,

For anybody contemplating manual updates for GROMACS 5.0, the GROMACS user
manual now lives in the master branch of the GROMACS source repository.
There's an advanced CMake option GMX_BUILD_MANUAL (off by default), which
you can turn on to allow "make manual" from the build directory in the
usual way. This is hugely simpler than it has ever been! :-) It should just
work on any reasonably modern system if you have pdflatex, bibtex, (e.g.
both from texlive) and Imagemagick. Let me know if there's issues.

If you are changing behaviour with existing documentation, or adding new
behaviour of a kind already documented, then your commits will be required
to change all appropriate forms of documentation accordingly. Or I'll
Easter-Egg mdrun for your username ;-)

Also, please note that Appendix D (dump of all tools -h) has disappeared.
We are preferring to save an Amazon and rely on command-line and web-based
documentation. Many thanks to Teemu for much hard work here.
