[gmx-developers] libxml2

Hi,

my patch https://gerrit.gromacs.org/#/c/2659/ does not pass jenkins 
because of what I think is a cmake issue. libxml2 include files are 
sometimes in
/usr/include/libxml2/libxml/*.h
and other times in
/usr/include/libxml/*.h
It seems that both version exist on the Jenkins machines. This should be 
almost trivial to fix in cmake/gmxTestLibXml2.cmake however it is beyond 
me. Any tips?
