[gmx-developers] Profiling gromacs

Hi,

I'm trying to profile some new code. Using CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE:STRING=Profile
doesn't do anything, setting CMAKE_C_CFLAGS and CMAKE_LD_FLAGS does not 
make a difference.

What am I doing wrong?
