This was mostly addressed already in 4769
<https://gerrit.gromacs.org/4769> (and
some follow-ups) that moved the documentation from the wiki to the user
guide. The remaining thing that was left open there is that how are we
going to link to that content with permanent urls. Currently, when you run,
e.g., 'gmx genbox', you get a link to the Jenkins-built documentation from
master, but possibly a link to the documentation from the latest (or
matching) release would be more appropriate. Also the wiki page could be
replaced with a link to such a page.
