[gmx-developers] link to 4.6.7.tar.gz missing on downloads page huh?

Hi,

New FTP server is live (thanks Stefan!), serves links over both http and
ftp. DNS is still propagating, but both servers have the 5.1 content as an
interim measure. Once it's probably stable, I'll go through the downloads
page and serve the content over http rather than ftp, since sometimes
that's useful for people.

Box is no longer the primary point serving PDF and source tarball. It still
serves regressiontest tarballs, as it has done for the last year or more.
