[gmx-developers] Windows build and -DGMX_BUILD_OWN_FFTW

Hi,

Many thanks for the report!

I would not expect the own-fftw build to work with VS. It wasn't a target,
isn't tested and probably we wouldn't want to add any complexity for such a
small niche. fftw docs tell you to go away if you're on M/S, so I don't
even know where to start :-)
